Kairi.Kain's Commission T.O.S
- I have the right to refuse a commission, regardless of the reason.
- I do not haggle my prices. Unless there is a commission sale, my prices are set in stone.
- Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. I have an extremely busy life outside of my art, so I am not working on commissions 24/7.
- There will be NO refunds unless the commission isn't completed on the designated time frame given at the time of the commission. If I feel I cannot complete your commission, I will reach out and refund you.
- I will send WIPs as I work on your commission, and if you ask for one. If I don't have a WIP for you, I will be honest and tell you that.
- You are more than welcome to finish any sketch commissions that I give, just give credit for the sketch.
- I need at least 24 hours to respond to any messages regarding commissions. I have severe anxiety and heavily struggle with responding to messages.
- Saturday is usually my busiest commission day, so you are most likely to get updates on Saturdays.
- DO NOT harass me over a commission. I will send updates as I get them. Your commission will get done or I will refund you.
- I have the right to cancel or refund your commission as I see fit. Even if I'm almost done, I will refund you without explanation if I am uncomfortable.
- You are only allowed to change the OC twice before I start a commission.
